Windows CE v2.0 requires some specific actions to uninstall the ArtSKey unlike usual Windows CE application:

Uninstall a non-activated ArtSKey in Windows CE v2.0

Uninstall an activated ArtSKey in MS Windows CE v2.0

• Restart your HPC using Reset button.
• Run the Installer program from directory "My Handheld PC\Program Files\ArtSKey". To question "Are you want to uninstall ArtSKey" reply 'Yes'.
• After that you should make a standard remove procedure by "Control Panel/Remove Programs".

• Make a full "Backup" for all information on your HPC (Strongly recommended);
• Run the PC's backup.exe program from ArtSKey kit to make some changes in the backup file you created above.
• Fully clear your HPC. To do so disconnect an AC/DC adapter, remove all batteries including "backup" and wait for a several minutes. After that insert all batteries back and on question like in HP 360LX " ... To erase all data in memory, press 'Y' ..." press 'Y';
• After Windows CE restarted establish connection with a desktop PC and make a "Restore" from the backup file. If any problem will occurred see the "Troubleshooting" section.
• Run the Installer program from directory "My Handheld PC\Program Files\ArtSKey". On dialog "are you want to uninstall ArtSKey" press 'Yes';
• Make a standard uninstallation procedure by "Ņontrol Panel/Remove Programs";
• Make a full backup again for safe.
