Solution:
- Make a full reset (with full memory cleaning) of your PPC as described in Uninstallation section.
- Retry the Restore operation but do not reset your PPC even the Windows CE ask you.
- Establish connection with desktop PC and delete by Windows CE Services the wince.nls file from "Windows" directory (having zero length) right after end of the Restore operation but before resetting your PPC. After deletion you can reset your PPC using a reset button.
