Solution:

• Make a full reset (with full memory cleaning) of your HPC as described in Uninstallation section.
• Retry the Restore operation but do not reset your HPC even the Windows CE ask you.
• Run the ArtSKey right after end of the Restore operation but before resetting your HPC. After some actions the ArtSKey will ask you to reset your HPC. Do it now using a reset button.
